Above all, I want to make sure you get the best deal possible in a home you’ll love for years to come.
What is the closing process like with you as my realtor?
There is still work to be done after the contracts are signed. I will do my best to prepare you for every possible scenario when it comes to inspections and what to expect. I’ll also discuss your financing options and other paperwork. Lastly, I will ask for your feedback on my performance as a realtor, and what I can do to improve my processes.
What things should I prepare for as we begin to list my home?
First, I’ll find out what your timeline is and your ideal asking price. Then, we’ll review the condition of your home and discuss improvements. Lastly, I’ll prepare you with paperwork and things you should know prior to selling. My top priority is thorough communication with you during the process.
What marketing platforms and materials do you use to promote a listing?
As your realtor, I'll utilize Multiple Listing Services (MLS), inter-agency & other agency announcements, social media platforms (i.e. Facebook ads, Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia), and occasionally, newspaper ads.

What should I expect once I accept an offer?
I like to tell my clients to prepare for anything that can come up with inspections. You can also expect me to help you with buyer financing where applicable, title work completion, and closing. In addition, I’ll follow up with you afterward for your feedback on what processes I can improve on.
